三个大人本来定的四天家庭套房65㎡的，单价312￥，结果到达酒店前台告知家庭套房在维修中，没法安排，只能安排一个大床房，当晚要我们三个人挤一张床，第二天再给加床，而且一旦确定入住还不能给换房间，不然就要我们就另外找住的，一脸的不屑，而且如果我们不住就要我们自己取消，自己承担平台扣款。当时凌晨三点多，叫我们去哪儿找房？想想我们三个女孩子，又是在异国他乡就算了，当时查了下最贵的双人房也就32㎡的，单价109￥，跟前台商量不给退差价，说加床不收钱，那意思好像是我们赚了。走的时候还一个劲的要我们给五星好评，敢问五星从何而来？此次出行第一站就特别失望，感觉被坑了还没法维权。晚上去看人妖秀的时候，发现司机接的其他人住宿都比我们好多了，酒店看着高大上，还离江西冷特别近，我们那地方比较偏，每次打车司机都绕好久，周围没啥东西，去江西冷走路半小时，泰国那天气，要热死人。

5. The hair dryer did not work. We had asked for a new one for three times. They said ok, but not any new reply to us. We stiil not get another one till we checked out. 6. The breakfast was not good,many flies on it. How can we dare to take it into our mouths. 7. No washing tools. 8. They did not reply our emails since we have sent several mails. 这是我们在泰国呆了八天住过最差劲的房间，还住了两晚。 1.唯一一家收了押金的房间，当时身上现金不够，问可不可以少收点。回答：不可以。 2.水龙头放出来的水是泥黄色的，洗手盆和浴缸也是很脏的。 3，床单估计没换，一股味，而且染了各种颜色，床上还发现了阴毛和头发。 4.前台接待人员服务态度好差，我们订的两晚上的三人房，只给了两瓶水，第二天问她拿水，结果一脸不爽的不肯拿。 5.风筒是坏的，叫了几次帮我修，结果等我们退房了还没人来修。 6.酒店早餐看到很多苍蝇，实在下不了口。 7.没有洗漱用品。 8.给酒店发的email是不回复的。

订的时候注明是含早餐的，可是到了后竟然要加钱才能含早，给订单他们看，他们说中文订单不算，要英文的才行，然后半夜2点冷气坏了，叫人修理也不理，最后自己下前台要求拿了风扇。退房时等了半小时还不行，最后问他，他才有问我要按金单，我说连钥匙给你啦，他又慢慢吞吞的随意翻了一下，退我2000按金，是不是我不问不催，就不退钱？非常不满意。
