Disappointing
The Booking.com show me that the booked room has the facilities of stove, kitchen and balcony but the hotel has no room with these facilities. This was very disappointing to me. From that point I feel that Booking.com & hotel authority cheated with me.

Very cheap for Phuket prices Lot of street markets nearby I moved to Brezhotel which I recommend, much much better and close by

The female staff and manager was great.
The female staff and manager was great..
The showers were filthy, it still had a soap bar in there from the previous people. There was a male staff member behind the counter who could not speak a word of english and had no idea what was going on ever
